  • Event & RSVP Data: event details, guest names, email addresses, and RSVP responses submitted by your invitees.
  • Payment Information: processed securely by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers on our servers.
  • Usage Data: pages visited, browser type, IP address, access times — collected automatically via server logs.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To provide and operate the InviteFest platform (event creation, invitation sending, RSVP tracking).
  • To process payments via Stripe for subscription plans.
  • To send transactional emails (confirmations, RSVP notifications, password resets).
  • To improve our services and fix issues.
  • To comply with legal obligations.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with:

  • Stripe — for payment processing.
  • Email delivery services — to send invitations and notifications on your behalf.
  • Law enforcement — if required by law.

4. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Event and RSVP data is retained for 12 months after the event date, then automatically deleted. You may request earlier deletion by contacting us.
