Welcome to InviteFest. By using invitefest.com, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Service Description

InviteFest is an online platform for creating and sending event invitations, tracking RSVPs, and managing guest lists. The service is operated by Yaroslav Balaban.

2. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when registering.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials.
  • You must be at least 16 years old to use the service.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

  • Some features require a paid subscription.
  • All payments are processed securely by Stripe.
  • Subscription fees are charged in advance for the selected billing period.

4. User Content

  • You retain ownership of content you create (event descriptions, images, guest lists).
  • You grant InviteFest a limited license to host and display your content to provide the service.
  • You must not upload illegal, defamatory, or rights-infringing content.

5. Prohibited Uses

  • Spam, phishing, or unsolicited mass messaging.
  • Unauthorized access attempts.
  • Reverse engineering the software.
  • Distributing malware or harmful content.

6. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance may temporarily affect access.

7. Limitation of Liability

InviteFest is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Intellectual Property

The InviteFest platform, including its design, code, and branding, is the intellectual property of Yaroslav Balaban. Built on Odoo Community Edition (LGPL-3).

9. Termination

We may suspend or delete your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account by contacting invitationfest@gmail.com.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation.

11. Changes

We reserve the right to update these Terms. Updated Terms will be posted on this page.
