Refund Policy

1. Subscription Plans

InviteFest offers subscription-based plans. All payments are processed securely by Stripe.

2. No Refunds for Active Subscriptions

Subscription fees are non-refundable for the current billing period. You retain full access until the end of your subscription period.

3. Cancellation

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time.
  • Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
  • No partial refunds for unused time.

4. Fraud Protection

All payments are processed through Stripe with seller protection. Stripe handles payment disputes per card network rules.

5. Exceptions

In exceptional circumstances (e.g., service outages exceeding 7 consecutive days), we may issue a prorated credit at our discretion.

6. Free Plan

The free plan requires no payment and is not subject to this refund policy.
