Terms and Conditions of Sale

These Terms and Conditions of Sale govern all purchases of subscription plans and services on InviteFest (invitefest.com), operated by Yaroslav Balaban.

1. Services

InviteFest provides a digital platform for creating and sending event invitations, tracking RSVPs, and managing guest lists. Access to certain features requires a paid subscription plan.

2. Pricing and Payment

  1. All prices are displayed on the website at the time of purchase and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  2. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. InviteFest does not store credit card numbers.
  3. Subscription fees are charged in advance for the selected billing period (monthly or annual).
  4. InviteFest reserves the right to modify pricing. Existing subscribers will be notified at least 30 days before any price change takes effect on their next renewal.

3. Subscription Renewal and Cancellation

  1. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled.
  2. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting invitationfest@gmail.com.
  3. Upon cancellation, access to paid features continues until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time.

4. Refund Policy

  1. Subscription fees are non-refundable for the current billing period.
  2. In exceptional circumstances (e.g., service outages exceeding 7 consecutive days caused by InviteFest), a prorated credit may be issued at our discretion.
  3. The free plan requires no payment and is not subject to this policy.

5. Service Delivery

  1. InviteFest is a digital service delivered online. Access is granted immediately upon successful payment.
  2. InviteFest strives for high availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance windows may temporarily affect access.
  3. InviteFest undertakes to provide reliable services but all obligations are best-effort, not obligations of result.

6. User Obligations

  1. You must provide accurate billing information.
  2. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
  3. You must not use the platform for spam, phishing, or any unlawful purpose.

7. Limitation of Liability

  1. InviteFest is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
  2. To the maximum extent permitted by law, InviteFest shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the service.
  3. InviteFests total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Intellectual Property

The InviteFest platform, including its design, code, and branding, is the intellectual property of Yaroslav Balaban. The platform is built on Odoo Community Edition (LGPL-3). You retain ownership of content you create on the platform.

9. Account Termination

  1. InviteFest may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms or our Terms of Service.
  2. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days, after which it may be permanently deleted.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first.

11. Changes to These Terms

InviteFest reserves the right to update these Terms. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
